Booking
Booking Mercurio Bike Travel is very simple. You can either fill in our electronic form at the end of this page or print out an empty form and send it to us via fax or post. Either way, we check your request and let you know within a couple of days.Besides the confirmation, we send you the information package, the invoice concerning the down payment and your certificate guaranteeing the safety of your payment. This information package includes all you need to be well prepared for the tour e.g. information concerning German cycling rules, detailed information on how to get to Germany and a customised packing list.
Now it is time for you to organise your personal arrival and departure arrangements. Using our information package you will be able to book your flights, your train or whatever you prefer. By the way, in case you want us to arrange flight tickets or additional hotel reservations just tell us with the booking. We will be happy to do that for you.
About 2-3 weeks before the start of the tour we will send you more detailed information about your trip. This Pre-trip Travel Planer includes a daily schedule, the highlights and a short participants list. Now you are all set and ready to go ...
